When your sale ends, place your flower order with Flowers for Fundraising (about 7 days before you need delivery). We ship; you hand out bouquets and raise more.

Does Your Flower Store charge a fee to set up a store?

No. Your Flower Store does not charge a fee to set up your store. If you use PayPal or Stripe, they charge per transaction. See your PayPal or Stripe account for current rates.

What payment methods are supported?

You can accept payments through PayPal or Stripe so supporters can pay by card; funds go to your account. You can also use a “Cash” option if you collect payment at pickup.

Can I export a paper order form?

Yes. When an online form isn’t the right fit, you can export a paper order form. A Flower Concierge can show you how after your store is set up.

Do I need a one-on-one meeting?

You aren’t required to meet after your store is live, but if you’ve never run an online fundraiser here, we strongly recommend it. Concierges review your site, explain how to run the store, collect orders, and export them for counting sales.

When do I order flowers? Are they shipped automatically?

The flowers you sell are not automatically shipped to you. When your sale ends, you place your final flower order on the Flowers for Fundraising website (or call a Concierge), typically at least 7 days before you want delivery. No final order means no shipment.

Can supporters order gifts shipped anywhere?

Several bouquets can be individually shipped as gifts (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, or year-round) with a gift message. Not every bouquet ships that way. Ask a Flower Concierge if you want this option.
