This Privacy Policy explains how Your Flower Store / 48 Long Stems LLC (“we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Service. It also covers information we handle in connection with Flowers For Fundraising when related to the same fundraiser relationship.
1. Roles
- Organizations decide what to put in their store, which students/participants to list, and how they communicate with Supporters. For much Organization-uploaded data (especially student lists), the Organization decides why the data is collected; we process it to provide the Service.
- 48 Long Stems LLC operates Your Flower Store and Flowers For Fundraising, and processes data to host stores, process orders in software, support wholesale fulfillment, send transactional emails, provide support, and secure the Service.
- Supporters provide checkout information to complete a purchase from an Organization.
If you are a parent or student with a privacy question about a school fundraiser, contact the Organization running that store first.
2. Information We Collect
From Organizations / account holders
- Contact and profile data (name, organization name, email, phone, address)
- Login credentials
- Store branding and CMS content
- Payment configuration (for example Stripe/PayPal credentials, Venmo username, Cash App cashtag)
- Support communications and Concierge notes
- Event and student/participant lists the Organization uploads
- Wholesale order and fulfillment-related information when using Flowers For Fundraising
- Records of Terms of Service / Privacy Policy acceptance
From Supporters (checkout)
- Name and email
- Order details (products, quantities, amounts, messages)
- Event, student/participant selection, and/or recipient name when required
- Shipping address for individually shippable products
- Payment-related metadata (order code, payment method type, processor session identifiers). Card numbers are handled by Stripe/PayPal. Venmo/Cash App payments occur in those apps.
Automatically
- Log data, IP address, device/browser information, cookies or similar technologies needed for sessions and security
- Basic usage analytics if enabled
3. How We Use Information
- Provide, maintain, and secure the Service
- Create and manage Organization accounts and storefronts
- Record orders, inventory holds, and payment statuses
- Support wholesale ordering and fulfillment through Flowers For Fundraising
- Send transactional emails
- Provide Concierge and customer support
- Prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized re-signup
- Comply with law and enforce Terms
- Improve the Service
We do not sell personal information for money.
4. How We Share Information
We share information with:
- The Organization that operates the store
- Service providers (hosting, email delivery, security)
- Payment processors / apps as needed to initiate or record a payment attempt
- Internal teams and systems of 48 Long Stems LLC for Your Flower Store and Flowers For Fundraising
- Carriers and logistics partners when needed for delivery
- Authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety
- Successors in a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer
5. Student and Children’s Information
Fundraisers often involve schools and minors. Organizations should only upload student/participant data they are allowed to use for the fundraiser.
Your Flower Store is not directed at children under 13 signing up on their own. If we learn we collected personal information from a child under 13 in a way that requires parental consent under COPPA and we do not have it, we will delete or de-identify it as required.

6. Retention
We retain account, order, wholesale, and related records for as long as the account is active and thereafter as needed for disputes, security, legal obligations, and legitimate business records. Blocked identity records may be kept to enforce bans.
7. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Organizations must protect their login credentials and payment keys.
8. Your Choices
- Organizations can update profile and payment settings in the dashboard, and may request account closure by contacting info@48longstems.com.
- Supporters can request access/correction of order contact details by contacting the Organization or info@48longstems.com.
- Marketing emails (if any): unsubscribe where provided.
- Cookies: browser controls may limit cookies; some features may not work without them.
9. International Users
The Service is operated from the United States and intended primarily for U.S. fundraising. If you access from elsewhere, you consent to processing in the United States.
10. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy by posting a new version with a revised effective date.
